What is the 'Active' / 'Inactive' function?

You can use 'Active' / 'Inactive' function in workroom - MY POST.
‘Active’ status is visible on the dashboard, and partners on eCon can contact you at any time through the dashboard.
It will automatically change to ‘Inactive’ status after 30 days since update request on dashboard.
‘Inactive’ status is invisible on the dashboard.
You can always change the status to ‘Active’ or ‘Inactive’.
If you change status to ’Active‘ which has been automatically changed to ‘Inactive’ after 30 days of request update, that request will not automatically change to Inactive status after changing.
