What are Active & Bump buttons?

1. On the left side bar, click "Workroom"
2. Click "MY POST"

3. Active button - The Active button allows you to control the visibility of your post to potential clients.

• When turned off, your post will be hidden and not visible on the dashboard.
• When turned on, your post will be visible to your partners and appear on the dashboard as an active listing.

4. Bump button - The Bump button is used to move your post to the top of the dashboard, increasing visibility.

• The Bump button is used to move your post to the top of the dashboard, increasing visibility.
• In addition to repositioning the post, clicking Bump also renews the posting period.
• For example, if the original posting period is 14 days and only 3 days remain, using the Bump button resets the post's expiration date, extending its visibility by another full 14 days.

• You can change the status of a request to ‘Active’ or ‘Inactive’ at any time.

• If you manually change the status to ‘Active’ after it was automatically set to ‘Inactive’ due to 14 days of inactivity on the request, it will no longer be subject to automatic deactivation. 
• In other words, once manually reactivated, the request will remain active until you choose to change its status again.
