Respond to your partner’s request by sending or accepting a counter offer.

1. All requests in Workroom

Including Nego step request, all requests are in Workroom tap.

2. NEGO - Your Action

As you can see, there are 2 kinds of NEGO step. One is Your Action. If your potential partners have applied Request or sent counter offers, that request is waiting for you in here. Let's click "Your Actions" first.

3. Your Action tap in NEGO

Next, let's click "View" once again to see all details.

4. Review Terms

Before deciding whether to negotiate or accept or decline, please see all terms details again. You can see changed terms by partner with deep purple color like 50 Qty to 25.

5. 

If you agree terms all, please click "Accept" button. Then, you can start actual oneway with partner from now. Of course, can change terms again too.

6. 

Once click by both of Supplier and User, that request will be moved to "Waiting for Order" tap in ON GOING.

7. Waiting tap in NEGO

Regarding NEGO step, there is another, "Waiting' tap too. In contrast to "Your Action", "Waiting" is the request that you're waiting for partner's review.

8. Your counter offer

The ones highlighted in purple are the terms you modified. And, can see when you changed in "Status Log" box.

9. Fill "Hello GCS Team~! Please see this request!

"Whenever you want to contact partners, try to send a chat like this in Chatroom. They will receive message alam and email accordingly.

10. Click "Decline"

But, if you no longer need it, you can press the Decline button.

Create a new request to connect with your partner.

Once both parties accept the terms, proceed with the Ongoing process.
