How to update Drop-off(Delivery) Details

Both the Supplier and the User can enter Drop-off details.

After the container drop-off, both the supplier and the user must update the drop-off details:
  • The supplier and user should agree on the same date to avoid any confusion.
  • When both sides update drop-off details, it ensures clear responsibility and faster problem-solving.
  • This process helps build trust and keeps logistics running smoothly.
Find the relevant request and scroll down slightly.If the supplier has uploaded the Drop-off Delivery Order, a ticket for Drop-off(Delivery) Details should be created for the update.


Click "Update"

1. Click 'Add Row' to add a container.

Also you can remove by click 'Bin Icon'

2. The container G/I entry fields are automatically generated based on the delivery order information submitted by the supplier.

3. ETC – Etcetera: Feel free to add any additional comments or remarks.


After completing the G/I information, click 'Submit' to save your input.
