1-1. Oder Number
Fill in your Order Number for the release or acceptance
1-2. Issue Date
Enter the date when this Smart Release Order is being issued.
1-3. Term of validity
User/Trucker has to pick up all containers in these terms. After validity of order, User might be able to ask to Supplier to extend.

2-1. Add CY contact
You don’t need to enter CY information every time. Once you add a CY contact to your contact list, it will be available for quick selection in future releases.
2-2 Auto Sending Ref to CY
When this toggle is activated, the Release Order information will be automatically sent to the CY email address you provided.

You have 3 options to enter container information:
3-2. Excel Upload – Upload an Excel file to input multiple containers at once.
3-3. Copy and Paste – You can simply copy the container information from Excel and paste it directly into this box.

- By clicking the "ADD ROW" button, new rows will appear in the Container Info table below.
- You can control how many rows to add by entering a number in the input field next to the button.
- The "Total registrable containers" count will reflect the total number of rows you can register.

1. Click "EXCEL EXAMPLE" to download the sample file
- Open the downloaded excel (send_release_sample)
- Than click "Details" sheet to check how properly input information
- All information must be in the "Sample" sheet(first sheet)

2. Click "EXCEL UPLOAD" to upload above file
- A list of container information will be loaded all at once into the table.

Copy the container information from the "Sample" sheet in the Excel example file.
- Paste the copied data directly into the input box.
Important:
If one request needs several release/delivery orders, you must create the same number of Smart Release/delivery Orders.
Example:
If you agreed on 100 units, but want to supply from 4 different Container Yards (CYs), you need to make 4 separate release orders.
