Updated Agreement Part 2 (Interchange General Terms and Conditions)

The Updates details:

  1) 5 - (g)

5. Redelivery Procedures 

(g) The Supplier must share the actual return depot details on the platform, and the User must return the container to that nominated location accordingly.

  2) 7 - (g)

7. Payment of Rent and other Charges 

(g) If a revised invoice is required for PDM adjustment costs resulting from input delays, it shall be handled as follows:

I. Transactions within 60 days from the actual return date:

The Platform Company may make advance payments or substitute payments, such as covering overpaid amounts or unpaid amounts on behalf of the parties, in accordance with the payment terms individually contracted with both the User and the Supplier. 

Subsequently, it may exercise its right of recourse to reclaim the amounts from either the Supplier and/or the User, who shall be considered the primary and secondary obligors respectively.

II. Transactions exceeding 7-(g)-I:

Platform Company shall charge the amount of the relevant costs to the Supplier and the service fee shall not be refunded. The amount charged to the Supplier shall be transferred to the User.
