Thank you for using eCon-Network. We sincerely appreciate your continued trust and support.

We would like to bring to your attention an important matter regarding the proper use of our platform.


It has come to our attention that some users have attempted to engage in transactions or communications outside the eCon-Network platform.


These off-platform or bypass transactions are considered a moral hazard and pose a significant risk to the integrity and transparency of our service. Like many global platforms, eCon-Network strictly manages such activities to protect all users.


Please take a moment to review the following guidelines:

1. No Off-Platform Transactions

1) All transactions and communications between customers and partners connected through eCon-Net Member must be conducted within the platform.

2) Off-platform dealings can result in unclear responsibilities, missing transaction records, and potential disputes.

3) Violations may lead to service restrictions or account suspension.

2. Do Not Redirect to External Channels

1) Users are strictly prohibited from redirecting or encouraging others to use external channels such as email, mobile phone, or messaging apps for business discussions or transactions outside the platform.

2) This behavior violates our usage policy and undermines the security of all users. Repeated violations may result in permanent account deactivation.

3) If you inevitably need to communicate through external channels, please make sure to include an eCon-Network staff member in the conversation.

3. Benefits of Using the eCon-Network Platform

1) Issuance of official contracts and transaction records2) Dispute resolution support and insurance coverage3) Loyalty rewards including point accumulation and fee discounts

4. eCon-Network is Not Responsible for External Transactions

Please note that if any transaction or communication takes place through unofficial or external channels not supported by eCon-Network, we will not be able to provide compensation, support, or mediation in the event of disputes or losses. 

To avoid any disadvantages, we ask all users to take personal responsibility in following our platform policies and to refrain from actions that may lead to moral hazard.
