cancellation fee is for prevent significant loss in case of unilateral cancellation after accept deal.
Cancellation fee must be paid to the partner when you cancel booking after accepting request.
And cancellation penalty is counted per deal.
Cancellation period is terms for pick-up release updates that automatically cancel the request if the supplier's pick-up release is not updated within that period.
If the supplier has not updated the pick-up release within the specified period, the supplier has to pay the fixed cancellation fee, and if the negotiated cancellation fee is $0, the cancellation fee will not be charged and only the request will be canceled.
If the cancel period is 0 day, the cancellation fee is unrelated with update release date. If cancel period is 0, it’s only working for when you cancel deal.
