📦 1. Where to Check Your CEU Balance?

To find out how many CEUs you have available:

1️⃣ Log in to your eCon-Network account.

2️⃣ Go to "Dashboard" (located at the top navigation bar).

3️⃣ Find the CEU section, where you will see:

  • 📦 Total CEU Assigned – Your overall CEU allocation.
  • 🟢 Available CEU – The amount of CEU you can currently use for leasing.
  • ⏳ Remaining CEU – The balance left after deducting any CEUs used in active leases.

📦 2. Why is Your CEU Balance Important?

✔ Manages Your Leasing Capacity – Ensures you have enough CEUs to lease containers.

Avoids Transaction Delays – Running out of CEU may pause new leasing approvals.

Helps Plan Future Leases – Monitor your balance and request a CEU review if needed.

📦 3. What If Your CEU is Running Low?

💡 If you need more CEU, consider these steps:

Increase Your CAF Score – A higher CAF (Credit Application Form) score can grant more CEU.

Ensure On-Time Payments – Avoid overdue invoices that lower your CEU allocation.

Engage in More Transactions – A strong leasing history improves your financial credibility.

Request a CEU Review – Contact support if you believe you need an update.
